LEA SYMBOLS® 15 LINE PEDIATRIC EYE CHART

A pediatric distance visual acuity eye chart featuring LEA SYMBOLS® for screening or testing individuals beginning at age 21/2. The front side of the eye chart features pediatric symbols in proportionally spaced lines (ETDRS format) for monocular (testing one eye with the other eye occluded) and binocular (testing both eyes simultaneously) visual acuity testing or screening. The opposite side features pediatric symbols in the Massachusetts Visual Acuity Format for both left and right eye testing.

Features proportionally spaced lines; line sizes range from 10/100 to 10/4 (3/30 to 3/1.2) equivalent. The 50% spaced rectangles (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) have line sizes from 10/50 to 10/4 (3/15 to 3/1.2) equivalent. The other equivalents featured on both sides are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Includes a response key and instructions.
