8 POSITION C FOLDING WALL CHART

An 8 Position Landolt C chart with C openings at the up, down, left, and right angles. Each angle is 45º. This chart features optotypes on both sides. The front contains proportionally spaced (geometric progression) lines while the backside has 25% linear spaced optotypes. This chart is perfect for vision testing those who may be illiterate or unfamiliar with letters or numbers optotypes.

Both sides have line sizes ranging from 10/100 to 10/5 (3/30 to 3/1.5) equivalent. The hole at the top of the chart is for hanging on the wall. The other equivalents featured on this chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR.

Dimensions: 18" x 18" (45.7 cm x 45.7 cm). Chart folds in half to 18” x 9” (45.7 cm x 22.8 cm) for easy storage.

Testing distance: 10 feet/3 meters.
